Welcome to E-CEE CONSULTANTS (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital products, online courses, downloadable resources, and phone consultation services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Digital Products
All digital products (including e-books, templates, workbooks, courses, and recordings) are delivered electronically. Purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the point of sale. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, share, copy, or distribute digital products without prior written permission.
3. Phone Consultation Services
Consultations are scheduled in advance through our booking system or by direct agreement. Consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. Cancellations & Rescheduling: At least 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable. Our phone consultation services are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and actions taken based on the information provided.
4. Payment Terms
We accept payment via approved third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information. All payments are final unless otherwise noted in a specific refund policy for a given product or service.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and resources provided in connection with our Services are owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. No Guarantees
We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from using our digital products or consultation services. Your success depends on your individual circumstances, efforts, and implementation.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-CEE CONSULTANTS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in question.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during consultations may be sensitive. We will not disclose your information without your consent, except as required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital Products & Courses
All sales of digital products, including but not limited to e-books, templates, workbooks, online courses, and recordings, are final. Due to the immediate electronic delivery of these materials, no refunds or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.
Phone Consultation Services
Refunds for consultation services are only available if the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund. Clients who miss their scheduled appointment without providing notice are considered a no-show and will not receive a refund. Rescheduling may be available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to availability.
1. Program Description: This messaging program sends appointment confirmation and reminder messages to customers who have booked an appointment with E-CEE CONSULTANTS through our website at https://eceeconsultants.com/, or via our scheduling forms, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in is collected via web forms with a dedicated checkbox for SMS consent. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.
2. Cancellation Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
3. Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your service usage and appointment schedule. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
